Alberto the chef and waiter at Saboreando Comida India, since its inception, is now the owner. Saboreando has moved from Calle 21 to Calle 27, 48 y 46 in Progreso. Alberto has designed Wild Albert's to bring you the best of all the great flavors that he has created over the years. Wonderful Mexican tacos, Mexican American Chimichangas, 100% beef hamburgers, and the amazing Indian flavors he created during the 7 years he prepared the food at Saboreando Comida India.

The dinner was co-hosted by Wild Albert's and Jacque Small at Jacque's Beach side Hostel. It was our pleasure to support the Progreso Apoyo Program and to create a unique Malaysian dinner for our guests.
