El error mas caro de los dueños de casas en la costa: esperar a que algo falle.

Hace poco revise una propiedad en Chicxulub. El dueño llevaba meses sin visitar. Encontramos:

- Tablero electrico con corrosion salina avanzada
- Bomba de agua a punto de quemarse
- Fuga de agua lenta en baño — ya con daño en el muro

Ninguna era visible a simple vista. Las tres juntas: mas de $35,000 en reparaciones de emergencia.

El mantenimiento preventivo mensual cuesta menos que un solo problema de esos.
