This Sunday, January 11, something special is happening in Miguel Alemán.

We’re opening the doors at Kafe Sol for an afternoon built around art, food, and live music — relaxed, unhurried, and meant to be enjoyed at your own pace.

From 12:00–4:00 PM, you’re invited to spend the afternoon with us:

🎨 Artist Showcase
A one-day showcase featuring a trio of award-winning international women artists representing Oaxaca, New Orleans, and Kenya.
Original murals, handcrafted ceramics, and bespoke gemstone pieces — all in one space, together in Oaxaca for the first time.

🥥 All-You-Can-Eat Caribbean Buffet | 12:00–2:30 PM
Roti, Haitian rice, Cuban rice, curry, plantain fritters, and more — served family-style.

🎶 Live Afro-Cuban music | 2:30–4:00 PM
A live set by Nu Lyra, Cuban-born and performing outside of Centro for the first time.
The music is there to set the mood — relaxed, immersive, and easy to enjoy.

Pricing:
• 200 pesos per adult
• 150 pesos for children

Live music is included with the buffet, or you’re welcome to join us for the music with a two non-alcoholic drink minimum (coffee, fresh juices, boba teas, fruit smoothies, coconut water, and more).
