This is the guy and his pizzeria who inspired us to open up our Rescoldos Mediterranean Bistro here in Merida in 2009. Thank you Chris Bianco and Oprah who did a episode on the best pizza and I happened to be watching it in South Korea when we were living there deciding what to do when we left! We had a fabulous 7 years if I could have handed over some of the responsibility like Chris finally was able to we might still be open for business. 🤗
