Lion fish is back! Enjoy it in our house specialty Pecan-Encrusted with Tamarind Sauce; Mexican-style Mojo de Ajo (garlic and lime); or the Tiradito of lion fish. It’s like a carpaccio of delicate fish with lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and seasonings. It never lasts long so come on down. Photo credit of the fish filet to Laura (Mapchick) McFarlin. Lion fish are beautiful but they are a very destructive invasive species in the Caribbean. So let’s get it off the reef and in your belly!!
