Michael DeGregory MichaeL DeGregory has been working in the culinary field for over 25 years. He started his career as a bus boy at the age of 15.

Seeing how much fun the kitchen was having he moved there and has never left. He graduated from The Culinary institute of America in 1991 and has since worked in kitchens from Vail, Colorado to Miami Beach, Florida.
