Dear All,
As many of you may already know, I have decided to close Sushi by Limón. Although the last 3 years have been fun (and full of delicious flavours), I know that time is precious and one can only do so much.
I shall be focusing fully on Limón Restaurant (www.limonislamujeres.com) and my position as Manager of Soggy Peso (www.thesoggypeso.com).
Closing the sushi restaurant was a huge decision, but lightened once I learnt that some of my team had a dream of opening their own restaurant. My decision was then made as I realised that I could help them fulfill their dream! It is gratifying to know that they had the opportunity to take over the location, with its established clientele, and start their new endevour, ZEUS Bar and Kitchen.
I, and my family, wish them and their team every success, and we invite you to support them, as we will, in their new venture (they will still be serving sushi).
My heartfelt thanks to you all for your patronage of Sushi by Limón over the last few years!
I look forward to seeing your friendly faces as you dine under the stars at Limón Restaurant, or sip on a margarita at Soggy Peso!

Estimados seguidores,
Como muchos de ustedes ya saben, tomé la decisión de cerrar Sushi by Limón. Ha sido un decisión difícil, pero satisfactoria al mismo tiempo porque parte de mi equipo me compartieron su sueño de tener su propio restaurante. Eso me da la oportunidad de poder ayudar un poco; por lo tanto he decidido traspasarlo a ellos, y de esa manera cumplen sus sueños, y a mi me permite enfocarme en mi restaurante, Limón, y en mi trabajo como gerente en Soggy Peso.
Les invito a visitarlos en ZEUS Bar and Kitchen, y seguir probando su delicioso sushi.
Mientras tanto, ¡los esperamos en Restaurante Limón para una cena bajo las estrellas, o en Soggy Peso para tomarnos una margarita bien fría!
