Since 2020, Isla Burger has been serving handcrafted burgers, cold drinks, good music, and unforgettable nights in the heart of downtown Isla Mujeres.

Whether you’re visiting for the first time or you’ve been coming back year after year, there’s a good chance you’ve walked through these doors, grabbed a seat upstairs, and had one of those meals you still think about long after your vacation ends.

🚨 IMPORTANT ISLA BURGER ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Our Social Media Manager has a confession to make…

She’s the Social Media Manager for BOTH Isla Burger and Isla Bistro. 😅

And right now, she’s having a very serious internal conflict.

On one hand, she wants more people talking about burgers.

On the other hand, Isla Bistro is suffering because she woke up this morning with 99 Google reviews and she’s refreshing Google every 5 minutes waiting for review #100. ☕️😭

So, as the more mature sibling restaurant (debatable 😏), we think it’s only fair to help our sister restaurant out.

If you’ve enjoyed a coffee, brunch, great service, or simply survived one of Gus’s jokes, go leave Isla Bistro a Google review and help them hit 100. 💙

🍔 Meet the Classic Chicken.

A juicy premium chicken fillet dipped in our chef’s 7-herb batter, fried to crispy perfection, topped with ginger-infused coleslaw, and served on a buttery brioche bun.

Simple ingredients.
Big flavor.
The kind of sandwich that keeps people coming back for “just one more bite.”

And yes… those house-made potato chips don’t hurt either. 😉

Un jugoso filete de pollo premium cubierto con el empanizado especial de 7 hierbas de nuestro chef, frito hasta quedar perfectamente crujiente, coronado con coleslaw infusionado con jengibre y servido en un suave pan brioche con mantequilla.

Ingredientes sencillos.
Mucho sabor.
De esos sándwiches que te hacen volver por “una mordida más”.
