"The Olive Tree needs to be recognized for their excellence and delivery of meat-free, plant-based cuisines, for gone are the days, where Meat dishes are the Sole winners on the menu and Vegetables, a simple accompaniment.
If you have ever been a fan of the *just vegetable* idea, and need somewhere to go, at the Olive Tree, the Vegetables are the primary Celebrity of the meal, and decadently displayed, and all grown in their own organic love garden.
Their carefully thought through menu that includes; an arrayed Falafel platter, an al' dente Farfalle with assorted veggies in a marina sauce, coriander flowers , Exotic butternut, carrot and ginger soup, Exquisite Tabbouleh rice paper rolls, Stuffed Eggplant with a twist, lentils, vegetables, topped with crumpled feta. Enjoy these with the fresh Smoothies, ice tea, and other daily Specials.
Driven by increasing awareness of health and environmental concerns, the Olive Tree is offering a thoughtful exotic Mediterranean vegetarian menu, which gives centrestage to innovative preparations of fruit, vegetables and fungi.
