This International Literacy Day, we’re inviting our community to help open a few more. ❤️
Throughout this week, we’ll be collecting new or preloved books for Dzalanyama School, helping bring more stories, knowledge and opportunities into the hands of young readers.

Whether it’s a children’s storybook, a novel, an educational book or a dictionary, a book sitting on your shelf could become a whole new world for someone else. 🌍📖

We snuck in a little taster of the half smoked bagel this morning. With cream cheese, capers, ribbons of smoked salmon, chives, cucumber, lemon and rocket.

Our small holdings supply a variety of seasonal fruit and vegetables to the cafe - surrounded by various flowers to encourage 🐝.

From the herbs to the salads and currently our popcorn - we also grow maize and beans to support our staff 🥕🌽🥗🍅
