You can never go wrong with farming business because every human on earth needs food ... Being one of the young farmers in Malawi under Farmers Union of Malawi(FUM) l had the privilege to attend young leaders incubation programme course organised by SACAU and AHA in south Africa (with other youth members from 12 countries in Africa),this one week has been helpful on how best l can work with my employees.
