We recently hosted students for 3 days. We made sure they should not miss the traditional cuisine of popular yet rare to many of them. It's nsima and local chicken with ground nuts flavoured vegetables. Again we hosted their party 🎉

Mushrooms is a a source of protein, fibre, Vitamin D etc. This is locally known as Dzinje or Ndelema (Amanita sp) Its not readily available, if you book you have a chance. , ,
