Round two at Meraki Coffee Roasters ☕️

Last night's AeroPress workshop went a little deeper into the cup. Mabrouq Azeez walked us through minerals: how the makeup of your water changes extraction, and how something so small can completely shift what you taste in the same coffee.

Same beans, same recipe, different water, different cup.

Between the brewing, the recipe tweaks and the competition talk, it was another night of learning by doing. Thank you to everyone who joined us and brought the questions, the curiosity and the good energy.
