We are looking for a Production Flow Supervisor who will work collaboratively with the other members of the Roastery department. This individual will help supervise a team of Production associates relative to their completion of daily physical and paper work.
The position will also help manage the workflow in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage and elevate Production’s fulfillment efficiency and quality: Assign orders to production employees, make sure the orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
• Dispatch orders with delivery people
• Maintain documents and records
• Provide ongoing training for employee use packaging, employee performance
• Organize department’s administrative requirements, including but not limited to Production Orders, delegation of responsibilities, and general department reporting
• Time Management – ensure coordination with related departments and manages delegation of daily work requirements.
• Must address coffee packaging issues as they occur with effective follow up.
What It Takes To Work Here:
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Ability to be a strong leader and delegate tasks appropriately; Exceptional work ethic
• Availability to work evening and weekend shifts when needed
• Living within 10 km of the roastery.
