After 14 wonderful years of culinary excellence, we would like to inform our valued clients that Chef Fabio de Poli and his talented team, will be concluding their management of La Table du Château as of Monday 29th September 2025. We are immensely grateful to Fabio and his team for their dedication, passion, and craftsmanship that have made our restaurant a beloved destination. Their efforts have helped create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. Bravo to Fabio for his outstanding leadership and creativity – your contribution to the success of La Table du Chateau has been truly exceptional.

To our loyal clients, we extend a heartfelt thank you for your trust and for being part of our journey. Your support has been vital and deeply appreciated throughout the years. We also want to wish Fabio and his team a wonderful and prosperous future. May you continue to succeed and inspire in all your future endeavours.
Moving forward, La Table du Château will be operated by DDL, the
company owning the brand. We are excited about this new chapter and remain committed to providing exceptional cuisine and warm hospitality, honouring the legacy established by Fabio and his team.
Please join us in celebrating their contributions and in sharing in the anticipation of what’s to come.
Please note that the restaurant will be closed for renovation until further notice as we prepare to welcome you back in a new setting and with new experiences.

My passion.

"I will pursue my passion of cooking every day until my hands fall off and I loose all sense of smell and taste." When I cook for others, I express my care for people, and seeing their wonder and enjoyment make me feel accomplished. Mauritius has a melting pot cuisine based on the diversity of population, culture and religions. They all live in harmony and respect for each other, and that's what led me to choose Mauritius. After more than 20 years refining my skills in hotel business in differents countries and with top chefs, I put my love of cooking together with my love of this country, and opened La Table du Château.

The restaurant overlooks expansive lawns and beautiful trees complementing the overall lunch or dining experience. The menu is designed to reflect the Mauritian gastronomy with a touch of creativity and a specific emphasis on freshness and food provenance, using seasonal fruits and vegetable from the Orchard of Labourdonnais.

Experience a candlelight dinner on a table specially decorated with tropical floral arrangements, adding an elegant touch to your romantic dining experience, without any extra charge. Your table is in the garden (when the weather permits it) looking at the illuminated castle, your candlelight dinner features the very best in gourmet cuisine and wine. Please ask to your waiter, our dinner Menu. We are open for lunch 7 days a week and from Monday to Saturday for dinner. I wish you a pleasant and delightful meal. Bon appétit !
