NEW CONCEPT, NEW CHEF, NEW CELSIUS COMING UP!

We are pleased to announce that Yannick Fayolle and Kelsey Missel have joined Celsius as new head chef and new restaurant manager respectively.

Yannick was previously head chef at popular Enso in La Gaulette and before that he and Kelsey were successfully running the Junction Cafe in Tamarin together.

At Celsius they will be providing a new concept starting next week.

Plenty of fresh, healthy and nutritional salads and sandwiches etc. complemented by an extensive burger menu for protein lovers

There will also be a Plat du Chef and other black board specials.

An exciting dinner concept with mouth-watering dishes will follow.

Dear customers,

we will be closed Friday-Sunday (Friday due to All Saints' Day, Saturday due to Arrival of Indentured Labourers' Day and Sunday due to Diwali).

We will re-open on Monday 4th of November for lunch and dinner (exceptionally open this Monday due to the long break).

Dear friends, colleagues and valued customers,

First of all, thank you for you kind patronage and support in 2012 – we hope this will continue in 2013.

Starting today Celsius is making some changes to try and improve the product and service as well as adapt to changing market conditions. In summary the initial changes involve:

1. TODAY'S COOKED LUNCH WITH A CHOICE OF MEAT OR FISH
2. CASUAL DINNER WEDNESDAY TO SATURDAY
3. BAR SERVICE 9-12 AND 14-17
4. TABLE SERVICE LUNCH 12-14

The WEEKLY DAILY LUNCH offers a choice of either a cooked meat/chicken OR a fish/seafood dish, different for every day, served with bread/butter, salad, soft drink and coffee for Rs 300.

This dish is also offered as a take-away, without the bread/butter, salad and drinks/coffee, for Rs 200.

The menu will be communicated by email and social media .

Celsius CASUAL DINNER offers a Blackboard as well as an á la carte menu Wednesday to Saturday 19-22.30 with affordable gastronomy with a focus on seafood, fish and meat.

As a consequence our morning and afternoon service will now only be offered as a BAR SERVICE 9-12 and 14-17 (no table/wait service during these hours). LUNCH will be served 12-14 with a table/wait service as before.
