Photos like this remind us where everything truly began.

Long before Palazzo Preca opened its doors, there was our father Charlie — the man who taught us the meaning of family, sacrifice, hard work, and genuine hospitality. The memories we shared growing up around him became the foundation of everything we are today.

We are especially grateful because we didn’t only know him as our father, but also had the privilege of working alongside him — learning from him as a mentor, a boss, and the person who inspired our passion for hospitality every single day.

The lessons he gave us continue to live on in every guest we welcome, every dish we serve, and every moment shared around our tables.
