A few months ago La Vall was just a dream.

Now, with all the work implanted, hard long hours, we can say thats it’s not just closing in but closing in with a one of a kind interior & exterior look.

Facade design has now been scathed and works are starting soon.

It was long, but trust us it was also hard, one thing for sure we promise.

Thiago is a Maltese 4-year-old boy, diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a muscle deteriorating illness. His treatment alone must be done in America and costs $3.2 million.

For this reason the staff at La Val restaurant are working very hard to give our full support throughout Thiago's journey. Fund raising activities are being organised by other entities to help save Thiago's life.

We ask everyone to be generous and help us fulfill Thiago's dream, God willing.

One cannot look back and think of all the work that was invested to be in the best position to offer our guests the possibility of having a great time during lunch at our restaurant.

We are now eagerly waiting to announce the opening date very soon, for sure we are hoping that this festive season will not be one to forget.

Our journey is about to begin or let's say continue? When the moment arrives to open our doors for the very first time in the heart of the capital city, we are going to make sure we will not disappoint.

Since early 1985 our family has been working in the catering industry, following my grandfather's footsteps for the last 38 years through three generations. La Vall is now born.

La Vall has been under construction for the past year and a half and a lot of work was implemented.

The restaurant is going to be based on a Mediterranean, mostly Italian cuisine.

All these emotions are a result of our desire to make sure our guests can enjoy a positive experience at La Vall. We look forward to seeing you walk this amazing journey with us...
