What’s sweet, unique and completely worth the wait? 🤔​
… this Vietnamese iced coffee recipe of course! 🇻🇳

Recipe:
- Add desired amount of sweetened condensed milk to your glass or mug
- Fill the glass with ice blocks
- Set the Vietnamese coffee filter on top and add coarsely ground coffee to the filter chamber
- Pour hot water into the chamber until full, then place the lid on to keep the heat in
- Let the coffee drip slowly over the ice and condensed milk
- Add milk to taste and enjoy!

Meet Blažo Stojanov, our Lavazza Barista Challenge Malta champion, who will proudly represent Malta at the Lavazza International Finals in Turin in March 2026 🇮🇹🏆. He will present a coffee creation that showcases his creativity and unique style.

The 2025 edition marked Malta’s first participation in the Lavazza Barista Challenge, a moment that reflects the growing talent, creativity and passion within our local coffee community 🇲🇹☕

This global competition brings together top baristas from 20 countries, with six new nations — including Malta — joining this year’s challenge 🌍
