Five Italian wines. Five regional plates. One table full of great conversations.

The Sommelier’s Circle brought together Prosecco Bandarossa, Gavi di Gavi Tuffo, Calafuria del Salento, Villa Antinori Rosso Toscana and Santa Cristina Vinsanto, each paired with regional plates from Quadro’s culinary team.

Hosted at Quadro, set within The Westin Dragonara Resort, it was a beautiful evening of wine, food and company.
