👨🍳 CHEF DE PARTIE – FULL TIME
Il-Veduta Pizzeria & Restaurant, a well-established restaurant in Rabat with over 30 years of experience, is looking for a Full-Time Chef de Partie to join and complement our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Preparing food items, including correct labelling and storage at appropriate temperatures
• Working efficiently at an assigned station during service
• Assisting other chefs and kitchen staff when required
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 year’s experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Willingness to work variable shifts
• Pleasant and positive personality
• Good communication skills in English and/or Maltese
• Own transportation
• A genuine passion for food and hospitality
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malta (Maltese and EU citizens preferred)
