Sphinx Pastizzeria has always been about good food and good people. As a proud Żebbuġi, Victor loves serving the local community that has supported his family-run shop from day one.

Right in one of the most beautiful corners of Ħaż-Żebbuġ, next to the gardens and pjazza, it's the perfect spot to grab a bite and catch up with friends.

Working daily at Champs Pastizzeria in San Ġwann, our sister company, Bertu continues to put his passion, dedication, and hard work into every part of the business.

Today, he is proud and grateful to pass on his knowledge, values, and love for the trade to his sons, keeping the family tradition alive.
