Every weekend, γιαγιά is taking over our pots! 👵🏻🍲

We’re bringing the flavours of a real Greek home to your table with a changing selection of traditional, home-cooked dishes inspired by γιαγιά’s recipes, the kind of food that cooks slowly, fills the house with incredible smells and brings everyone around the table.

Think slow-cooked Lamb Kleftiko, homemade Spanakopita, juicy Keftedes, oven-baked favourites and plenty more Greek comfort food. 🇬🇷❤️

The dishes will change every weekend, prepared in small quantities and served alongside the Yiamas menu you already love.

Meet ! 🇵🇭💙

A kitchen veteran from the Philippines, Joey has been living and working in Malta for more than 9 years, and for the past few months, we’ve been lucky enough to call him part of the Yiamas family.

Joey brings experience and hard work to our kitchen, but what we love most about him is his infectious smile and positive attitude.

Ask Joey, “How are you?” at any time of the day and the answer is always — and we mean ALWAYS:

“VERY GOOD!” 😄

45°C in the kitchen? Very good!
Orders flying in? Very good!
Order papers overflowing and everyone running? Still… VERY GOOD! 😂

That attitude says everything about Joey. He gets on with the job, keeps smiling, and somehow manages to pass that good energy on to everyone around him.
