n out of the desire to marry the tastes of his beloved Sicily, the Mediterranean and the Orient… in a nutshell, Sushi meets Pizza! Situated in the fishing village of Marsaxlokk, the freshest fish for Sushi is guaranteed, while all other ingredients that cannot be delivered directly from the sea to our door are carefully sourced from top local suppliers. This is a recently re-discovered ingredient and, together with the long fermentation process, makes it very light and easy to digest unlike most pizza dough.
