We're looking for a sous chef to run a station at our pass, someone who's already done the work in a kitchen like ours, of our level, who knows the rhythm of service and the discipline it takes to keep a standard, not just meet it once.

But experience is only half of it.
What we're really after is someone who cares about the plates going out, about the people standing next to them, about the kind of kitchen they show up to every day.
