CHOPnROLL Our hand crafted fresh ice cream is done right in front of our customers. Observing the ice cream making process, which will be done within a couple minutes.

Enjoying the delicious taste of fresh fruits or candy infused in an ice cream crafted to your desires. Customers will create their own flavor by choosing an ice cream base, mix-ins, toppings and sauce. With this customization, every cup will be unique and perfectly matched with customers' tastes. First, an ice cream base and mix-ins are poured onto a special iced plate. Then, all ingredients will

be chopped and smashed together with metal paddles as they start to freeze. In just minutes, the cream firms up and it will be spread into a thin layer, then, scraped into the rolls.
