🌟 Chef Hin: Winner of the Valrhona Chocolate Competition - Silver second prize, North America, and the only Asian to have achieved this honor. He’s also received compliments by the legendary French pastry chef Pierre Hermé!
🌟 Chef Weiloon: A winner of the World Pastry champion 2019 (Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie) and the Executive Chef and owner of Enchanté Pâtisserie.

Inspired by their hometown cultures and cherished childhood memories, the two pastry masters present a unique “Chef Weiloon x Chef Hin collaboration afternoon tea” at CHA BEI. Come and indulge in Chef Weiloon’s signature cake, Chef Hin’s iconic apple tart, and a variety of their renowned creations!

Pastry master Lok Hin Yam who has recently won the “Best Artistic Piece” award in the 2024 Constance Festival Culinaire, teams up with Chef Jacky Lung, Greater China Champion of World Chocolate Masters, to present a series of four colorful and whimsical mini-gateaux that incorporate the imaginative, playful spirit of Henk Hofstra’s “Eggs Fall from the Sky”.
