Position: Junior Production Officer (Male)
Location: U Wisara Road , North Dagon Township, Yangon,
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30AM- 4:30PM)
Off Day: Sat (WFH) /Sun
Salary: Negotiable
Benefits: Annual Performance Bonus
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Assist in order preparation, packaging, and inventory tracking.
● Support weekly and monthly inventory management for roasted beans, packaging materials, and green beans.
● Finalize and package products for delivery.
● Maintaining a clean workstation and production area.
● Operate and maintain all productions equipment and machines.
● Store products, materials and packaging items properly.
● Report defective products or machinery issues
● Check stock levels and report deficiencies or products or raw materials.
● Organize inventory for easy access.
● Perform other tasks as assign.
Required Qualification:
● Must be a high school or university graduate (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
● Over 20 years old .
● Preferably with experience in the coffee industry.
● Basic understanding of production equipment operation.
● Ability to detect potential problems with machinery.
● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
● Basic computer skills
● Physical dexterity and ability to handle production tasks.
