PCA ဟာ ၂၀၁၃ ခုနှစ် ထိုင်ဝမ်နိုင်ငံမှာ တရားမျှတတဲ့ ပြိုင်ပွဲစနစ်နဲ့ ကော်ဖီလောကသားတွေ တိုးတက်ဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်စတင်ခဲ့တယ်လို့သိရပါတယ်။ မလေးရှား၊ ဗီယက်နမ်၊ ထိုင်း၊ ဘရူနိုင်းနှင့် သြစတြေးလျ အစရှိသည့် နိုင်ငံပေါင်း ၁၀ နိုင်ငံကျော်အထိ ကော်ဖီပြိုင်ပွဲလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို အောင်မြင်စွာ တိုးချဲ့နိုင်ခဲ့တဲ့ PCA ပြိုင်ပွဲဟာ မြန်မာပြည်ကိုရောက်ရှိနေပါပြီ။
