Hello everyone,

First & foremost, we’d like to thank each and every guest who has dined here with us at Altegò.

Secondly, this team. Most of you guys have been with us since Day 1 & having experiencing you lot growing alongside us is one of the biggest joy that we could have. We’re sure that the industry will love any one of you to be part of their teams as well. We wish you all the best in your future endeavours. Thank you guys !

And of course, much love to our friends who have supported us with everything that one could ever ask for. We wouldn’t bloom without yours love. That’s for sure. You guys know who you are.

Most of all, we’d like to thank to our parents for sharing us this beautiful space to work on our craft & of course for yours’ tons of advices & love too.

Guess it’s time to wrap it up. We are really saddened to say that we have closed indefinitely until’ further notice in Yangon, Myanmar.
We can assure you that we’ll be back definitely in the future, hopefully not too long after levelling up.

“Degustation Menu”

This menu is what we’ve been aiming for since we started Altegò. Our Degustation menu offers 11 courses of chef’s creativity and different flavour profiles aligned in unison.

We will only be running this menu from
1st December 2021 onwards.

Degustation menu: it is also known as the tasting menu.

The word “Degustation” originated from French word for “tasting”. While the dishes are small, they are packed with flavour, imagination and quality ingredients.

This is also the “Chef’s tasting menu”, it is the perfect format to showcase and polish chef’s creativity and imagination. It shows the depth of focus and effort that goes into each dish, so you as the guest get to experience the joy of high-quality, exciting food.

We are sure that this menu is perfect for anyone who is adventurous when it comes to food & if you’re a dedicated food lover, then you’ll most definitely love how you can simply get to try out our wider range of dishes in one sitting !
