NO NO NO!
today we received the first "trip advisor threat" from two young teenagers that didn't want to pay the super latte they order because they didn't like it and menace to put a bad review if we make them pay.... 😱😱
You all probably know the controversy about fake reviews on trip advisor community ... what a pity turning a nice way to share information in a sad way of hurt and damage people!
And then experience is not a sensory personal path ... ??

So if you feel like sharing, share the good stuff !

Hello everybody, today we like to share with you a wonderful project and raise our awareness presenting you TAF The Animal Fund 🐳🐋

TAF was established in 2015 in Monaco with its primary focus on protection of dolphins and whale but also with the aim of informing and communicate on environmental issues.
Berit ( in white) and Sara our manager ( in black) met on a plastic campaign where kilos of plastic were collected...

Our " Green Tortino" is a sort of flan made from peas, asparagus, zucchinis, leeks and potatoes with a strawberry balsamic sauce. You'll find it on our menu !

Today I'd like to introduce you to our wonderful kitchen staff. In the foreground on the right our chef Giuseppe Marchionni then Alessio, Andrea and Erchad. They make such a great and professional job every day ❤️ !
Plus they always smile 🙂and is such a nice and rare thing in professional kitchen to see happy people! but is possible.

The anatomy of Eqvita's Buddha Bowl:
a base of quinoa, a touch of proteins (Italian soja beens gmo free, and some lentils), veggies (carrot, cucumber, tomatoes), a touch of green ( fresh salad, herbs, green beens and avocado), a touch of orange ( sweet potatoes) , some crunch ( chia seeds), drizzled with an agro douce vinaigrette...
