Caviar Kaspia Monte Carlo Caviar Kaspia was created in 1927 by M. Arcady Fixon, a russian emigrant. Caviar Kaspia has established a true "Art of Caviar" since 1927.

The company contributed to the rise of the "The Art of Caviar" in France and overseas, establishing the delicacy as an essential dish at all prestigious dinners and events. Arcady Fixon, as a great caviar lover, decided to create his own parisian caviar place, to be sure to offer products of the best quality to his guests and to make the entier Paris discover its « culture of caviar ». Kaspia was introduced close to many artists, their patrons and admirers and is now enjoyed by great names of russian emigrants in the parisian aristocracy. Arcady Fixon installs Kaspia at the number 17 of
the Place de la Madeleine, opens a boutique in the ground floor,
and a restaurant at the first floor : a warm decor, cozy and soothing,
filled with Great Russia memories, the perfect place for a caviar tasting. Today, Caviar Kaspia is always a family company, and has kept its soul to perpetuate the "Culture of Caviar", and continue to offer the best worldwide seafood remaining faithfull to its philosophy : tradition of excellence in the selection of its products and service to its customers.
