The paprika
Tehmira, or paprika is a spice that is recognized among thousands thanks to its more or less intense and red color. We like it in bissara, the fish tajine. The use of it is culinary. But do you know that paprika is more than just a spice. It is a powerful antioxidant foremost.
Powder obtained from sweet pepper. Depending on the variety, this spice is more or less pungent.
The citrus spice: paprika is very rich in vitamin C, amazing. Vitamin C is essential for the production of collagen in the skin, which makes it an asset for beautiful and healthy skin. Remember that vitamin C is necessary for the absorption of iron too. It is an easily oxidizable vitamin, hence the interest of sprinkling the dishes after cooking.
