Bonjour a tous notre recette aujourd'hui c'est la pâte a crêpe simple et facile a préparé 😋😋

Les Ingrédients pour (6 personnes)

250g de farine
3 œufs
50 cl de lait
50g de beurre fondu
Huile (pour la poêle)
1 pincée de sel
1 zeste de citron
1 zeste d'orange
2 c à s de fleur d'oranger (facultatif)

Matériel

Fouet
Poêle
Saladier

Préparation

ÉTAPE 1 :

Tiédir le beurre. Mettre dans un saladier la farine, et le sel.

ÉTAPE 2 :

Casser les oeufs et les poser sur la farine et les zestes. Verser l'intégralité du lait et du beurre fondu et la fleur d'oranger.

ÉTAPE 3 :

Fouetter doucement en évitant la formation de grumeaux.

ÉTAPE 4 :

Laisser reposer 30 minutes. Détendre avec un peu d'eau ou de bière si nécessaire.

مهم ناس لي معندوش مع الدنجال مقلي انا جبت ليكوم طريقة واعرة باش طيبوه وكيجي بنين
-مهم كتقطع الكمية ددنجال لي بغيتي على شكل دوائر
-كتعطرو: ملحة - بزار - سكين جبير - شوية دالكامون - زويتة بلدية وثومة بودر كتخليه واحد ل 5 دقايق باش كيتمغينا مزيان
- من بعد غتحتاج البيض والشابلور ( خبز يابس ) باش تباني فيها دنجال بلاصت الدقيق
مهم كتاخد دنجال ديالك كدوزو فبيض ومن بعد شابلور وكديرو مباشرة يتقلى كتخليه حتى ياخد داك اللون الذهبي بحال لي فالصور
وبالصحة والراحة 😋😋
