🔥 Sizzle in the Sky – Entry & Arrival Guide

Gates officially open at 11:00 AM, but for those who want the full experience, you’re welcome to arrive from 10:00 AM to witness the smoking process and how the magic begins 🔥🥩 .Our first serving is expected between 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM, so we encourage everyone to be settled in early to keep the flow smooth and enjoyable for all guests. ⏳ Please note: Timing is very important. We won’t be able to serve first portions much later in the day (e.g. 4:00 PM) while we are already moving into later servings. Arriving on time ensures you enjoy all your servings as planned. Let’s keep the experience seamless, flavorful, and unforgettable 🌄🔥

On Sunday the smoker carried something special… a whole smoked pig head. Slow cooked over hardwood until the cheeks turned buttery tender and the skin developed that deep bark.
