🍿 Caramel Popcorn Recipe 🍯✨
​හවස් වරුවක පවුලේ හැමෝම එක්ක ෆිල්ම් එකක් බලන ගමන්, නැත්නම් පොඩි බඩගින්නකට හැපෙන්න නියමම Caramel Popcorn ගෙදරදීම ලේසියෙන් හදාගන්නේ කොහොමද කියලා අද Sandy's Little Oven එකෙන් කියලා දෙන්නයි යන්නේ! 😍👇

​Ingredients (අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය):

​Popcorn ඇට (Popcorn Kernels) - කෝප්ප 1/2
​පොල්තෙල් හෝ බටර් - මේස හැඳි 2
​සීනි - කෝප්ප 1
​බටර් - මේස හැඳි 2-3 (Caramel එක සඳහා)
​Fresh Milk හෝ Heavy Cream - මේස හැඳි 2 (කැමති නම් විතරක්)
​වැනිලා - තේ හැඳි 1/2
​ලුණු කුඩු - පින්චක් (රස පදමට)

​Making Method (සාදාගන්නා ආකාරය):

​1. Popcorn එක හදාගනිමු:
​ලොකු තාච්චියකට හෝ භාජනයකට තෙල්/බටර් දමා රත් කරගන්න.
​එයට Popcorn ඇට ටික දමා හොඳින් කලවම් කර, පියනකින් වසා ගන්න.
​ඇට ටික ඔක්කොම පිපිරී (Pop වී) ඉවර වන තුරු මද ගින්නේ තබා ලිපෙන් බාගන්න.

​2. රසම රස Caramel එක හදමු:
​වෙනත් භාජනයකට සීනි ටික දමා වතුර එකතු නොකර මද ගින්නේ දියවෙන්න හරින්න (Caramelize වෙන්න). සීනි ටික ලස්සන රන්වන් පාටක් (Golden Brown) වන තුරු හැඳි ගාන්න.
​දැන් ලිපෙන් බාගෙන එයට බටර්, ලුණු, වැනිලා සහ කිරි (නැත්නම් ක්‍රීම්) එකතු කර වේගයෙන් කලවම් කරගන්න.

​3. දෙකම එකතු කරමු:
​දැන් අපි කලින් හදාගත්ත Popcorn ටික මේ උණුසුම් Caramel එක උඩින් දමා, හැම තැනකම Caramel තැවරෙන පරිදි ඉක්මනින් කලවම් කරගන්න.
​පසුව තැටියකට දමා නිවෙන්න හැර, එකිනෙකට ඇලී ඇති Popcorn ටික වෙනස් කරගන්න.

​✨ Sandy's Tip: Caramel එක හදනකොට ගින්දර ගොඩක් අඩුවෙන් තියාගන්න. නැත්නම් සීනි ටික කරවෙලා තිත්ත රසක් එන්න පුළුවන්! 😉

හීනියට පොද වැටෙන, කුරුල්ලන් කෑ ගහන , නෙත් වශීකරන හරිත පැහැය එක්ක , ඔබ ආස කරන ඔබේ ආදරණීයයන් එක්ක සිදුවන පොඩි පොඩි සංවාදයන් එක්ක නිවහනේ ගෙවෙන දවසක් කියන්නේ මට නම් , "අපි ජීවත්වෙනවා" කියලා දැනෙන උණුසුම් පරිපූර්ණ හැගීමක්!
