A little late in sharing this one, but some cakes deserve more than just a photo.

This one of a kind wedding cake travelled 187km to Kandalama, but the journey started months earlier with my lovely client overseas. From the first conversation to the final details, every element was carefully planned to bring her vision to life.
Wedding week finally arrived, and so did the road trip. 🚗
A 7kg chocolate and vanilla cake, two other cakes 😂 a car full of tools and setup essentials, and an almost 5 hour drive later... we made it.
And it was worth every kilometre.
Walking into the venue and seeing what had created was simply breathtaking. Every detail was beautifully styled, and watching the cake become part of that setting was such a special moment.

A special thank you to my husband, who is always by my side through these cake adventures, supporting the journey from planning to setup. 🤍

The best part?
A phone call from my client the very next day telling me that everyone enjoyed the cake. With guests joining the celebration from different parts of the world, hearing that made my heart so full.
From months of planning to a beautiful celebration in Kandalama.. this is why I love what I do.
