Every guest is special to us. That is why our staff takes great care to meticulously and neatly arrange the dining tables at the *kamatha*—using banana leaves and traditional mats—before our guests arrive. It brings us the greatest joy to see our guests depart happily, having enjoyed a meal rich in authentic local flavors within a clean, traditional setting.
