Are you a culinary visionary with a passion for crafting world-class dining experiences? Starbeans Ceylon is expanding, and we are looking for an innovative, result-oriented Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at our upcoming premier restaurant in Colombo 7! ๐
Our brand-new venue is a modern, high-capacity restaurant (150+ guests) featuring a state-of-the-art pastry kitchen, pizzeria, coffee bar counters, and a cocktail bar. We specialize in high-end Italian, Western, Sri Lankan, Mexican, and Mediterranean cuisines, offering a premium experience in a vibrant setting.
Desired Skills, Experiences, and Expectations:
๐น Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an equivalent position.
๐น Background: Past work experience in 3-5 star hotels or premium restaurants.
๐น Education: A diploma or certificate in the Hospitality Industry from a recognized institution is an added advantage.
๐น Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, profound knowledge of ingredients, an aesthetic/artistic eye for presentation, and strong leadership to coordinate clearly with managers, kitchen staff, and dining room employees.
๐น Traits: Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, confidence, and absolute commitment.
