When they 1st sent me the reference picture I knew I wanted to somehow take this on because its such a different concept and don't get me wrong I still love all white wedding cakes. But this one had character. I created all the elements on the cake. The textured fondant to wafer paper flowers/leaves to wafer paper lace and every little detail was crafted by hand. I loved the colours combo. Inside of the cake is as whimsical as the outer appearance.
