It’s never too late to share the experiences that contributed to Saint Lucia's number one industry: tourism and hospitality. Although I didn't know Chef Harry well, I met him and had lunch at his Green Parrot restaurant, where I discovered that he is a prominent figure in both cuisine and the tourism experience. It was a pleasure to be part of a team of chefs recognizing his achievements.

As Saint Lucia prepares to vote tomorrow, I would like to reflect on my nearly 30 years of living here. Our success is built on the unity and warm hospitality of our community, represented by its people. The upcoming election is an opportunity to elect individuals who will speak on our behalf and for the benefit of the entire country. While we may have different political viewpoints, we are still one Saint Lucia
