Serving up whole grilled lambi (conch), barbequed pork and chicken with typical St Lucian side dishes, Ginnette’s cannot be beat. This roadside eatery does not appear at first inspection to be much more than a lean-to, barely off the main road, but aficionados w

ill tell you that no one does lambi better. To get there, on the main highway northward bound, turn right at the Monchy Gap, follow the road in for about a mile and a half.
