A glimpse into what lies ahead.

Our Summer Menu will be unveiled at the end of July. Until then, we invite you behind the scenes to discover the inspiration that shaped this new collection.

This menu begins with a return to the roots of Afro-Caribbean cuisine, drawing from its defining ingredients, ancestral techniques, and centuries of culinary knowledge passed from one generation to the next.

Rather than reinterpreting tradition, Chef Odeen sought to honour it with intention. Each dish is a dialogue between heritage and contemporary craftsmanship, where history is expressed through a refined and elegant lens.

The result is a menu that celebrates the richness of Caribbean gastronomy with depth, precision, and respect ; one that invites guests not only to savour its flavours, but also to connect with the stories and cultures they carry.

This Father’s Day, every glass tells a story.

From smooth and approachable to rich and complex, discover a curated collection of whiskies chosen for the occasion. Additional rare bottles will also be available throughout the evening.

We will be featuring three signature cocktails created for Father’s Day, including the Smoked Single Malt. Carefully smoked single malt whisky layered with oak, orange essence and subtle spice for a bold yet elegant finish.
