Our menu reflects international selections infused with a Saint Lucian twist and cooking methods. DOOlittle’s restaurant + bar is a proud member of Slow Food – an international organisation that envisions a world in which all people can access and enjoy food that is good for them, good for those who grow it and good for the planet. Come and enjoy the authentic flavours of Saint Lucia at Doolittle’s Restaurant, Marigot Beach Club & Dive Resort.

We’re open to the public for a delicious Creole-season breakfast and lunch experience overlooking beautiful Marigot Bay.

☀️ BONMATEN KWÉYÒL — EC$59 per person
Green fig and saltfish, smoked herring choka, hot bakes, local bread, fried plantain, seasonal fruit, cocoa tea, local juice, tea and coffee.

🍽️ MITAN JOUNEN — EC$89 per person
Creole stewed chicken, grilled fish with lime and herbs, vegetable coconut rundown, rice and peas, ground provisions, green fig salad, fried plantain, banana cake and local juice.
