OrsoBianco Gelateria’s healthy homemade gelato had its origins in a small kitchen home in the midst of the abundant green hills of Bsalim back in 2007. From the very start, OrsoBianco Gelateria was an immediate success. Since then, it has expanded its production site by acquiring a state-of-the-art factory, fully equipped to the highest standard, to ensure a perfect production environment. Health is the dominant theme affecting the ice cream industry. This is why, we, at OrsoBianco Gelateria, follow new product development and innovation very closely by regularly attending international workshops and seminars, all over the world, specialized in artisan Italian gelato technology. Staying one step ahead of evolving consumer tastes, OrsoBianco Gelateria constantly offers innovative flavors (limoncello, chocolate-whisky, red & wild berries…) along with the classic traditional ones (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, lemon…). OrsoBianco Gelateria is committed to creating Artisan gelato absolutely free from artificial flavors, additives and preservatives. Today, OrsoBianco Gelateria has a retail store in Achrafieh Mar Mitr and is sold through a variety of grocery shops (ex. Carpaccio-Rabieh), supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants.
