Gia La Cucina d'Amore offers an authentic Italian mediterranean fine dining experience spanning from the all-time classics like pizza, pasta and risotto, to the less celebrated yet soul-nourishing soups and stews. "one day a new born baby, a girl, incarnates into this world, she was so beautiful & bright, people could barely look at her, but they stayed close to her because her light was needed sp

ecially when it was cold outside. With time she grew up and her light was becoming overwhelming, everyone was happy to know she existed but no one could look in her direction, they were afraid to be blinded by her light; but she kept shining on strongly, it was beyond her control. Soon enough she new she had to fly away. Shining brightly & casting warmth was her nature and mission, but most people felt better in the shade. She decided to live on a rooftop as high as possible along with the clouds. From there the view was clearer, she could shine, celebrate and notice with empathy how fear clouded people's hearts. Without any judgment she sat there smiling, knowing that everybody needed that light as much as she did, even those who denied it. One day, one rainy day, she created a rainbow, bursting in millions of colors and flying across that bridge of light she saw the world and fell in love with it again and again. Looking up and away to the beauty of limitless possibilities, she flew higher and higher and higher…until she settled…she knew she was home. She was just a little girl with so much love that she had to fly so far away to just be herself and shine brightly while making sure no one gets blinded by her light." (October 2013- February 2014)
