Good news for everyone who loves Caribbean flavours at lunchtime. The Caboose is now open one hour longer, from 10:30am to 3pm, Monday to Friday!

Giving you a little more time to enjoy your favourite Caribbean plates. Whether it is jerk chicken, curry goat, oxtail or fried plantain, there is always something freshly prepared and full of flavour waiting for you.

Join us for lunch at The Caboose and make the most of that extra hour of island goodness.

Have you missed us? Your favourite gourmet smokehouse restaurant in Cricket Square is reopening on Monday 2 September. The Caboose will be open from 10:30am to 2pm every weekday. The new season brings a fresh fall menu of daily lunch and dinner specials to suit all taste buds.

Our gourmet smokehouse in the heart of Cricket Square - George Town brings classic American-style, real-smoke BBQ to the Island. So many great things before the morning's even over. New healthy breakfast items! Chef Dean! Organic goodness!

Our competition continues this morning at 7 am. Take a picture of your Caboose breakfast, post it, tag and follow us on Instagram or Facebook for a chance to win organic goods from The Brasserie. Chef Dean will be joining us to cook up some great new items with health and great flavours in ming.

Breakfast is every Wednesday-Friday 7-10 am. Winner of competition announced at 10:30 am on Friday.
