Now Serving Winter 2019 Seasonal Menu

Opened October 2018 inside Art Nest Creative Studio... Conscious Cafe created by Saucha - Conscious Living. Serving a 95% vegan / 5% carnivore menu, the theme is Peace, Love, & Fermentation. Offering Kombucha On Tap, House Ferments, Artisan Sourdough Bread, the menu was consciously curated to showcase a locally inspired + locally grown, organic, non-gmo, clean 15 menu. With Coffee by Great Circle Coffee roasters from Miami, serving coffee beans sourced from Cafe Femenino, a project to empower female coffee bean growers in Peru to be entrepreneurs. Tea by Teatime and Cayman, and slowly adding other artisan products, including Saucha’s Booch Bar selection (natural soaps and shampoo bars made locally by Priscilla Jensen, incorporating our aged kombucha vinegar and/or scobies). You will also find handmade dog treats by Sherri Hillman (also the soup chef extraordinare), and locally grown Guava Vinegar and Fermented Pepper Sauce by Farm Fresh Direct.
