I would like to personally welcome you to La DolceVita Restaurant.
To dine in our restaurant is to dine in our home. All our dishes are made with the same love as I make for myself. For your dining pleasure, each meal is created fresh, with the best ingredients and care possible. What makes our food special is three main things: the ingredients, traditional preparation and my passion for cooking exceptional food.
In order to produce the finest tasting food you must first start with the finest ingredients. We use only natural products, which abide by the strictest standards and highest quality. Meaning all natural with no artificial ingredients or flavors, no bases or MSG and as minimally processed as possible. All our seafood is wild caught, not farmed raised. We purchase only the finest selected local and USA meat from farmers that, like us, care about what you and your family eat.
This is traditional Italian cooking from a time when all food was home grown and prepared daily. Keeping with that tradition our food is made fresh each day. Bread is baked every morning, pastas and pizzas made from scratch and our sauces are cooked fresh, never from a can. This is how meals were cooked in the past, and we believe how food should be cooked in the present.
As you can see, I have a passion for creating only the best quality food possible. I believe the flavor of food is not just the taste, but also the essence of the meal. Full of vocabulary and filled with mystery, waiting to be discovered. For me, personally, there is nothing greater than being able to do what you love, and cooking healthy delicious food is what I love to do. Buon Appetito
