Guided by the philosophy of “Empty, Fill, and Share,” Bicena is a Korean fine-dining restaurant by the Hwayo Group.

Located on the 81st floor of Signiel Seoul,
seasonal Korean cuisine is presented on Kwangjuyo ceramics and paired with Hwayo premium spirits - coming together to create a complete Korean table.

Carrying forward the legacy of the three-Michelin-starred Gaon, Bicena presents modern classic Korean cuisine, where tradition is reinterpreted with a contemporary sensibility.
